30-Day Returns Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your item. We accept returns for items that are unworn, undamaged, and in sellable condition, with all original packaging and accessories included.

FAQ’s

We currently offer exchanges only for UK orders. If you’re based in the UK, you can request an exchange during the returns process. Once we receive and approve your return, your exchange will be sent out free of charge.

If you’re outside the UK, please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the item you’d like instead.

A flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund once your item arrives back at our warehouse. Exchanges are processed with no additional shipping charge.

Refunds are issued once your returned item has been received and quality checked at our warehouse. We’ll notify you as soon as your refund is on its way. Please note shipping fee's paid on your order are not refunded.

Please note: If an item is returned to us in a worn, damaged, or unsellable condition, we will not be able to process a refund or exchange.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re here to put it right quickly.

When initiating your return through our returns portal - Select the reason “Item is Faulty/Incorrect Item Received”. You’ll be prompted to upload clear images of the item and any damage or issue.

Our team will review your submission - Once approved, we'll issue a free returns shipping label so you can send the item back to us at no cost.

Please ensure images clearly show the fault or discrepancy to avoid delays in processing.
