All orders will be delivered within 2 business days after your order is processed. Please note that all online orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days, except for weekends and holidays in which case your order will be processed the next available working day. If you have questions or concerns about your order, please contact our support team and we can advise you on the progress of your order.

What do you charge for shipping?

We offer complimentary FedEx 2-Day shipping on our orders within the U.S. For international shipping, visit for further details. 

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

No, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. 


We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us within 14 days of receipt.

In order to be eligible for a refund, items must be returned to us unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and with all original brand tags still attached.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

We aim to process all refunds as soon as possible, please note once processed it can take as long as seven working days for a refund to be acknowledged by your card provider.

Once approved, you'll receive an email confirmation with your pre-paid return label and tracking details. Be sure to save your confirmation email for your records before dropping off your return package at a FedEx DropBox or FedEx store.

How to ship your item(s)

1. Pack your unworn shoes and the original packaging into a shipping carton.

2. Attach your return label to the package.

3. Drop off the package within 14 days to your nearest carrier location.

4. We'll issue your exchange once the return has been scanned by FedEx.
