All orders are DDP - no customs fees on arrival.
How are deliveries handled?
All our orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means you won’t need to pay any customs, duties or taxes upon arrival - we handle it all for you.
What does the $50 flat fee cover?
For orders over $100 we charge a flat fee of $50 per shipment, which covers:
- All import duties and taxes
- Customs clearance
- Final delivery to your door
For orders under $100, taxes and duties based on current rates are calculated and collected at checkout.
Are there any extra fees when my order arrives in the USA?
No. There are no surprise fees - everything (duties, taxes, and shipping) is included in the amount paid at checkout.
Do I need to deal with customs?
Not at all. We take care of all customs paperwork and clearance. Your order will arrive just like a domestic delivery.
How long for my online US order to arrive?
We quote 3 - 5 working days from the date of order to delivery.
- You will receive an order confirmation email once the order is placed.
- When your parcel is ready to ship, a tracking number will be sent. Delivery is on a 2 - 4 day service depending on the destination state, followed by customs clearance if required.
- Orders placed over a weekend or after midday (Mon - Fri) will be processed on the next business day.

Can I amend or cancel my order?
We start preparing orders immediately and can’t make changes once placed. However please contact us as soon as you can via chat and we will try and cancel the order if the package has not yet left the warehouse.
If the contact is made to late to cancel, you can either refuse the parcel on delivery for a refund or accept delivery and return the item(s) for a refund.
Return shipping for correctly supplied goods is the customer’s responsibility. You can update delivery preferences with the courier once your parcel is in transit.
Bought elsewhere?
We can only accept returns or exchanges for Mallet footwear purchased directly from our website. For authorised stockists, please contact the retailer you purchased from. This does not affect your statutory rights.
