OUR SHIPPING METHODS HAVE RECENTLY CHANGED, PLEASE READ THE INFORMATION BELOW CAREFULLY FOR FULL DETAILS.

All orders will be delivered within 2 business days after your order is processed. Please note that all online orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days, except for weekends and holidays in which case your order will be processed the next available working day. If you have questions or concerns about your order, please contact our support team and we can advise you on the progress of your order.

What do you charge for shipping?

We offer complimentary FedEx 2-Day shipping on all orders shipping within the U.S. For international shipping, visit www.mallet.com for further details. 

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

No, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. 

Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

We are not responsible for packages that have been lost or stolen after leaving the Mallet facility. Risk of lost/stolen/damaged packages purchased from mallet.us transfer to the recipient upon delivery of your items from our facility to the carrier. Should anything happen to your order after it has been delivered, please file a claim with the delivery service.

RETURN POLICY

We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us within 14 days of receipt.

In order to be eligible for a refund, items must be returned to us unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and with all original brand tags still attached.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

We aim to process all refunds as soon as possible, please note once processed it can take as long as seven working days for a refund to be acknowledged by your card provider.

RETURNS BY MAIL

To return goods via mail, please email your order number to team@mallet.com to receive a prepaid return label with return instructions. Returned goods must be packaged securely as we will not accept returned goods that are damaged in transit.


  • Upon receipt of your return we will inspect and deal with the return in conjunction with our Returns Policy. Any refunds will be made using the same method for the initial transaction. Please note that credit card companies only allow refunds to be made to the card used to pay for the original order. Please be aware that it can take as long as seven working days for a refund to be acknowledged by your credit card company. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
